Operating Systems and Motorization Choices.
The Hunter Douglas Duette® honeycomb shades and Applause® honeycomb shades offer the following options:

• Down, Bottom Up option allows you to drop the fabric from the top or raise it from the bottom like a standard shade.
• PowerRise is a battery operated remote controlled shade for windows that are hard to reach.  The two-channel remote works up to 30 feet away and comes with an easy-to-operate remote control.
• The Duette LiteRise system is completely cordless and provides a child safe way to operate the shades.  
• UltraGlide is a Hunter Douglas exclusive control system option that allows the cords to always retract to the same length. This eliminates unsightly extra cordage when the shades are open and has the added benefit of child safety.
• EasyRise is the Duette continuous cord loop system that also eliminates unsightly extra cordage when the shades are open.
• SkyRise is specifically designed for angled and flat window skylights.  It comes with a track system so the shade doesn't bow into the room.
• Vertiglide is on a track system with the Duette fabric turned vertically. It slides back and forth with a handle. The Vertiglide is great for patio doors and comes with a white headrail only.

The Graber CrystalPleat® shades offer the following options:

• The cordless option is ideal for homes with children and pets and creates an uncluttered appearance. An acrylic handle in the center of the bottomrail helps you to raise or lower the blind.
• The Continuous Loop Lift System option raises heavier and wider shades easily.
• The Bottom Up/Top Down option allows you to raise the shade from the bottom or lower it from the top—this is ideal for a bedroom or bath where you want both privacy and light control.
